Change in Privacy Policy

Yoekisoft is committed to comply with the extant applicable laws of India. Yoekisoft
reserves the
right
to amend, modify, add or remove any portion of this Privacy Policy as required under any
applicable
law
or if required to enhance and improve its services to its Users. Usage of your personal
information
shall be governed by the last updated or revised Privacy Policy which shall be available
on the
Website.

ZipNACH Enterprise QR does not collect user's private information, such as any social
account, ID or
any
type of password for its single and only functionality provided by application.
- ZipNACH Enterprise QR does not show ads and access or use device location.
Login details to network services
- ZipNACH Enterprise QR user required to login with their username and password.

For services, where this is possible, ZipNACH Enterprise QR uses OAuth method of
logging, where
service's own web page is used to get access token, and ZipNACH Enterprise QR doesn't
keep login
details at all.

ZipNACH Enterprise QR stores login details in its private configuration file (not
accessible by
other apps) in encrypted form, so that password is not readable even on rooted device.

UserID, AppID, and Password are stored only to let users remain signed-in to the app to
eliminate
the hassle of repeated logins. We need the permission to remain signed-in until they
explicitly sign
out.
Explanation for needed permissions
ZipNACH Enterprise QR requests following permissions for given purpose:

Internet - Access to network to share the file with our servers, and
for other
network-related functionality.
- Read/Write external storage - For file management.
- Draw over other apps – For switching the application.

Storage – This app does require access to the manage permission.
Without this core
functionality, this app won’t be able to fetch the images from the folder to share with
ZipNACH
Enterprise QR servers.

Prevent device from sleeping – for keeping the user signed in to avoid
repetitive
logins until specific time that in case of specified idol time, app gets logged out.
Crash reports
When ZipNACH Enterprise QR crashes, it sends crash report to crashlytics, which is a
development tool
from Google for improving applications and make them crash-free.
Crash report contain anonymous data:
- Date of posting.
- App version.
- Details about device (model, make, android version, etc).

Stack trace - actual information about the crash, describing locations into app's source
code where
the crash happened; this information doesn't store anything personal Crash reports are
sent
automatically when app crashes, and don't contain any personal information.
NO ACCESS TO EMERGENCY SERVICES
There are important differences between our Services and your mobile phone and a fixed-line
telephone and
SMS services. Our Services do not provide access to emergency services or emergency services
providers,
including the police, fire departments, or hospitals, or otherwise connect to public safety
answering
points. You should ensure you can contact your relevant emergency services providers through
a mobile
phone, a fixed-line telephone, or other service.
Keeping Your Account Secure
You are responsible for keeping your device and your ZipNACH Enterprise QR login details safe
and secure,
and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach of your login
details or our
Services.
Reporting Third-Party Copyright, Trademark, And Other Intellectual Property Infringement
ZipNACH Enterprise QR does not use any copyright, trademarks.
Disclosure
ZipNACH Enterprise QR does not store any information other than user login details and does
not disclose
any of these information to any individual or entity other than its pertaining corporate.
Yoekisoft may
disclose such Information only when required under an applicable law to any authority
authorized to
collect such information and only to the extent necessary. Yoekisoft may disclose such
Information to
its business entities/ affiliates/ acquirer only to the extent necessary and permitted under
the
applicable law.
Security
ZipNACH Enterprise QR do not retain any Personal Information collected from anyone at all.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in all respect in
accordance
with the laws of India. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in Delhi
in connection with any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
